I cannot say enough good things about Clog Doc! The owner, Jonathan and his crew, Phil, Francisco and Joe were all super nice and really pay attention to detail. They spent 12 -14 hrs over 2 days really looking inside the pipe, hydro-jetting, snaking, re-jetting and looking again to ensure they didn’t miss anything. Due to the condition of our pipe we went with their re-lining process for our situation. Jonathan and the guys really took the time to show us how it worked and what to expect. They actually use a high-power UV light to set the epoxy liner that they put in place. They are very thorough and Phil is funny as hell! Unfortunately for our situation, we had to have a hole dug in our yard so they could gain access to our pipe, however just know that this relining process can also be done without them having to dig at all! From start to finish, the men were all great to work with considering the situation at hand. And they are also very reasonable! We got the vibe that they cared way more about the job they were doing instead of the payment. They really cared and their cost came in WAY lower than other companies we had estimates from. Definitely give them a call if you’re having any issues! We can’t thank them enough and if we ever any issues with anything again we will call them first for sure!

From the first time we called ClogDoc, they were nothing short of fantastic. Their quick response, accurate quote, and obvious depth of knowledge was very helpful. Once the work started everything ran smoothly, even when the weather didn't. The pipe lining process was amazing to watch and they carefully explained each step along the way. Deaires (Barry) and his team; Kit-car John, Hunter Matt, and the rest were great. I'd say they went above-and-beyond from just working a job. Matt and Francisco were amazing!!! I initially called ClogDoc to get a video of our sewer line after recent sewage back up in our basement. They couldn’t get the camera beyond 6 feet into our sewer line, which was the same problem previous drain cleaning companies also had. Matt and Francisco knew what to do and were able to jet the line on the spot so they could get the camera all the way through to the street and show me what was clogging the line. Then, I decided to take their advice and have them come back and descale the entire line to the street. The sewer line is so clean now! Matt and Francisco are very methodical and will take the time to show and explain all issues and make suggestions. They both take great pride in their work! Pricing was also very reasonable! We will definitely call them again!

What a big weight lifted from me now that I have a clean and fixed sewer pipe ,From the house to the street with a liner inside the old clay pipe no more roots or cracks or funny angles to cause clogs. Thanks again for solving my problem.

I simply can not say enough good things about this company! They came out to our rental today, mid-day on a weekend and got a complex issue in an old home fixed. A normal company would have seen the issue and definitely said they would have to come back later leaving us in limbo until after the holiday.
